Responsibilities:
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from planning phase through transfer to manufacturing, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with objectives.
Develop, manage, and track project schedules, ensuring adherence to milestones and committed deadlines.
Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external customers to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
Act as the primary point of contact with customers, maintaining clear, timely communication and continuous follow-up.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful execution.
