About the Role
We are hiring a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to work directly with the Founder of a U.S.-based multi-company organization operating in construction, real estate, and professional services.
The Founder is visionary and growth-focused.
Your role is to ensure execution.
You will help translate strategy into action by building structured project plans, coordinating teams, tracking deadlines, monitoring financial details, and ensuring initiatives get completed properly.
This is not an assistant role.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is disciplined, trainable, and driven to grow into a larger leadership position.
