Job Description

  Roles & Responsibilities:   
 kick off the apprenticeship project based on internal/external stakeholder requirement 
 Requirement gathering of the project, delegation of tasks to respective team members 
 Setting up timeline of different phases of project and execute it accordingly 
 Quality control of project metrics 
 Collaboration with internal and external stakeholder and efficient communication management 
 Updating details to NAPS portal periodically 
 Define processes as per compliance and implementation into the project 
 Review of CSAT scorecard with respect to service provided and NPS (Net Promoter Score) with respect to relationship building with customer 
 Managing direct and dotted line cross functional teams, monitor and assess their performance as per KRA and KPI 
 Ensure IT Infrastructure readiness and updated dashboard about project status
