As the primary point of contact for our clients and production teams, you will directly support the leadership team by translating complex requirements into operational success.Key Responsibilities:On-Site Oversight:Monitor production floor activities at customer stations to ensure all reworks, inspections, and assemblies meet strict quality standards.Technical Support:Verify flashing activities, maintain traceability records, and coordinate corrective actions with engineering teams.Project Execution:Own projects from kickoff to closeout, managing staff, timelines, deliverables, and parts inventory.Performance Reporting:Generate daily inspection reports and weekly KPI summaries, including risk mitigation and quality mercial Support:Prepare and submit quotes/RFQs within 24 hours and identify new service opportunities during on-site operations.What We Are Looking ForExperience:Proven background in manufacturing operations, project management, or resident engineering, ideal...
