Project Manager/ Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily management of data center team leaders and engineers across various locations.
• Coordinate with local clients on requirements related to security, recruitment, attendance, and technical matters.
• Monitor and understand SLA performance across all ITO projects.
• Evaluate the daily work behavior and discipline of the ITO team, including compliance with KPI standards.
• Manage attendance consolidation, leave and shift scheduling, and monthly data reporting.
• Handle recruitment activities, which serve as the primary responsibility in the early stage.

Minimal Job Requirement:

• Strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in English — able to listen, speak, read, and write in languages.
