Project Manager

Specific duties and responsibilities:

• Leads and manages projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives within established timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Plans action items, responsibilities and timelines in detail by coordinating with cross-functional department managers. Scheduled activities are shared with teams and stakeholders and are continuously updated.
• Identifies project risks and mitigates them by organizing appropriate measures and resources.
• Allocates resources with respect to function and capacity, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks.
• Periodically reviews status of scheduled activities critically with cross-functional international team, reevaluating and setting clear goal-oriented priorities.
• Even under pressure, communication is expected to be fact driven, clear and respectful.
