Project Manager- Below the Line Advertising

I. JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end project execution across events, activations, and brand programs. The role ensures that project requirements are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations and internal quality standards. The PM oversees planning, coordination, manpower, logistics, reporting, and day-to-day project management.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. PROJECT PLANNING & PREPARATION

• Review client briefs and develop detailed project plans and timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Production, Finance, HR, QA/Training)
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and resource plans
• Ensure all permits, requirements, and compliance documents are secured on time

2. CLIENT MANAGEMENT
