Project Manager, Bids & Proposals

Marshall Canada requires a Project Manager in Moncton, NB to join our team. Reporting to the Sr. Program Manager, the Project Manager will develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget project execution. In this role you will lead and support cross-functional teams and ensure projects & programs deliver on planned objectives and outcomes.

Your Responsibilities in this role:

Preparing customer proposals, request for information responses and other new business requirement needs.

Coordinate with government agencies, clients, and subcontractors to define project requirements and expectations.

Leading and overseeing the operational workload of a team of project coordinators, engineers, and subject matter experts, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Developing and maintaining project schedules, financial forecasts and action plans.
