Project Manager (Bolívar)

We’re looking for a Project Manager, this person will be an individual contributor leading the implementation projects. They will plan every aspect of the project and coordinate the moving pieces, including facilitating communication with internal team members who are doing the implementation and the client's clients.

Responsibilities

• Review client requirements, align project scope accordingly.
• Develop, monitor and report KPI's for implementation projects.
• Plan and lead all aspects of an implementation project, ensuring we deliver the expected value to our clients.
• Ensure alignment on project management processes and procedures.
• Oversee and support multiple implementation projects.
• Provide hands‑on leadership to implementation consultants.
• Ensure implementations are completed on‑time and within budget.
