Job Overview

The Project Manager leads end-to-end implementation of new BPO clients, program launches, structured expansions, and operational transitions—owning execution from planning through go-live and post-launch stabilization. S/he is in charge of ensuring their teams complete all projects on time and within budget. S/he leads a team through the project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking a project plan.

Work Set up: Full-time | Onsite @ San Juan City, Metro Manila

Shift Schedule: Flexible shift schedule

Qualifications

Required

  • 3–5+ years Project Manager experience with documented end-to-end ownership
  • Direct experience in a Call Center / BPO environment
  • Must have personally led at least one BPO client launch or structured expansion, including:
    • Hiring ramp alignment
    • Training deployment coordination
