Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to support a global M&A divestiture initiative involving the disposition of 150+ applications across multiple regions, including significant collaboration with teams in Japan . This role requires ERP experience (SAP, Epicor, ETQ, Reliance, or similar), strong technical communication skills, and the ability to manage tight timelines driven by Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) .
Responsibilities:
Lead global application disposition efforts across multiple waves of work.
Manage timelines tied to TSA deadlines to avoid costly extensions.
Coordinate closely with technical teams on integrations, workflows, and decommissioning plans.
Work with sourcing, suppliers, purchasing, and invoicing teams to ensure vendor alignment.
Facilitate meetings with global stakeholders, including late-night sessions with Japan-based teams (flex schedule provided).
