Project Manager

**Project Managers have end-to-end full accountability to deliver business objectives through the efficient execution of capital projects, ensuring compliance with Corteva values related to safety, environment protection, ethics, innovation and collaboration.**

**Business case / Front-end Loading (FEL) development**

**Guides functional teams to determine overall objectives and timelines of prospective projects, supporting yearly capital planning.**

**Serves as the focal point to develop alternatives that meet business needs, using internal seed processing knowledge, project management expertise, and market trends and technologies.**

**Staffs project teams timely and effectively, with internal and external resources, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly understood, team workload is reasonable, cross-functional communications are adequate, and conflicts are managed.**
