About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ALL HAPPY SDN. BHD. as a full-time Project Manager (Store Opening) based in Butterworth, Penang. Reporting to the Retail Operations team, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of new store openings and renovations across the region.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for the entire store setup process, from plan confirmation to opening and delivery; coordinating resources across design, construction, and equipment stages; controlling progress, quality, and cost to ensure the store is completed on time and meets opening requirements.

Responsible for the overall planning and follow-up of the entire store setup process, including quotation calculation and confirmation, franchise agreement signing, and franchise fee collection; continuously tracking key milestones and ensuring smooth progress throughout the entire setup cycle.
