Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and manage land development projects from pre-construction to turnover.
• Oversee site works including earthworks, road networks, drainage, water, power, and other utilities.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, contractors, and local government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, zoning, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Review project drawings, technical specifications, and contracts.
• Identify risks, delays, and issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement of project materials.
• Prepare and present progress reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
