Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in architectural design, project or construction management and leadership
• Licensed is an advantage but not required
• Preferably with experienced in a high rise building
• Proficient in using BIM tools, Auto CAD, Sketchup (with rendering engine Enscape, Vray or Lumion), MS-Word, MS-Powerpoint and Ms-Excel.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural standards.
• Knowledgelable in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera ) is a PLUS .
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to talk effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
