MOTO HAUS is a start up opening its first flagship store and we're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead execution from setup to stable operations.

Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience required.

Bachelor's degree required.

This is a permanent position covering project execution from setup through to stable operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead store launch, soft opening & daily execution

• Retail or store operations experience preferred but not required

• Coordinate contractors, suppliers & HQ

• Implement store SOPs and improve workflows

• Support recruitment, onboarding & staff scheduling

• Supervise on-site team and training readiness

• Manage and supervise a team of 11-20 people

• Provide progress, manpower & risk reports

• Strong execution & coordination skills, Mandarin speaker preferred but not required...
