Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to support large-scale capital development projects within a growing affordable housing portfolio. This individual will own full lifecycle delivery of major construction projects (typically $60M–$70M in value), from early planning and design through to construction and occupancy. On a daily basis, they will work closely with general contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders while acting as the owner’s representative to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. A strong emphasis will be placed on contract management—reviewing agreements, managing disputes, tracking changes, and ensuring all parties are aligned to scope.
