Project Manager, Construction

The Project Manager, Construction is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of capital and construction projects across the Canadian Multi Residential portfolio. This role manages scope, schedule, budget, consultants, and contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and high quality execution of residential capital projects across assigned regions.

This position is residential-specific and is not aligned with Office or Industrial project management roles.
