Project Manager, Capital Projects (12-Month Contract)

Fitzrovia is seeking to hire a Project Manager, Capital Projects , to join our team for a 12-month contract . This position is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and closeout of capital projects across Fitzrovia’s portfolio. This role manages projects from early planning through construction and turnover, ensuring delivery is aligned with budget, schedule, quality standards, and operational requirements. The Project Manager works cross-functionally with Design, Construction, Facilities Management, Property Management, Leasing, and external consultants and contractors.
