Project Manager - Capital Projects

The Role

Our growing Capital Projects team are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us at an incredibly exciting time for Unite Students.

Capital Projects are key to supporting the growth, sustainability, and operational needs of Unite Students by investing in the physical infrastructure and facilities of our estate.

The purpose of the role is to provide support to all Capital Projects to include Asset Management Initiatives (refurbishments), building lifecycle, defensive, fabric, technical, fire safety, energy and environment, security and special projects. Working alongside operations, estates, procurement, contractors and key suppliers, you will play an active role in the overall Capital projects strategy.

This role will be responsible for forging strong relationships with stakeholders, who will principally be the operations teams, and key business sponsors of different workstreams from around the business. It`s also vital that ...
