Project Manager

I. POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute project plans, including scope and schedule, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly.
• Lead, guide and support Project Team to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure that the construction methodology and workmanship of the project are implemented as per design and specifications, maintaining acceptable quality standards and applying good value engineering practices.
• Provide technical advice throughout the duration of a construction project.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, issues, and financial status to upper management.
• Ensure that the necessary labor, materials, and equipment are available and utilized efficiently.
