Project Manager

Are you an experienced Architect ready to lead high-impact developments? Southwestern University PHINMA is looking for a strategic and driven Project Manager to oversee our campus blueprints, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure every milestone contributes to a world-class learning environment.
Qualifications
Active PRC license as an Architect
At least 5 years experience as a professional Architect
Preferably with experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Certifications and/or background in construction management is an advantage
Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
