Project Manager

Are you an experienced Architect ready to lead high-impact developments? Southwestern University PHINMA is looking for a strategic and driven Project Manager to oversee our campus blueprints, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure every milestone contributes to a world-class learning environment.

Qualifications

• Active PRC license as an Architect
• At least 5 years experience as a professional Architect
• Preferably with experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Certifications and/or background in construction management is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
