Job Description
Linwood Homes provides complete residential construction solutions to customers and its network of dealers. Linwood contracts directly with the homeowner, providing clients with the necessary support, materials, and services to construct their new home as required.
A Linwood Project Manager is responsible for the on-the-ground management of between 2 and 20 active residential construction projects within their assigned region at any given time. This role serves as the primary point of contact between Linwood, the homeowner, builders, and trades throughout the full construction lifecycle, from initial project setup through to completion, warranty, and handover. The Project Manager ensures that all projects within their portfolio are delivered on time, on budget, and to Linwood’s quality standards.
