Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering 
Licensed Civil Engineer 
With 20 years of experience (in structural or transmission line) 
With substantial knowledge in PlanSwift or AutoCAD 2D or 3D or MS Project or SketchUp 
With substantial experience in project site and/or QS experience
