Project Manager Civil

The Project Manager – Civil & MEP is responsible for end-to-end delivery of building, civil, and MEP works for Phoenix Contact plant expansion projects.

The role ensures integrated execution of RCC, PEB, utilities, and MEP services, aligned with global

building development processes, statutory compliance, cost control, and production readiness

milestones.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Project Execution (Civil + MEP)
• Lead execution of:
• RCC & structural works , PEB structures, Roads, boundary walls, ramps, drainage
• Utility buildings (pump house, fire water tank, STP, compressor rooms)
• Ensure MEP services are planned in parallel, not post-civil:
• Electrical (HT/LT, transformers, DG, panels, earthing, lighting), HVAC & ventilation
• Fire fighting (hydrant, sprinkler, pump house), Plumbing, drainage & STP
