                    Responsibilities Develop project scope, objectives, and execution plans 
Prepare project schedules and work programs 
Define project milestones and deliverables 
Coordinate project activities from initiation to handover 
Prepare and manage project budgets 
Monitor project expenditures and cash flow 
Control costs and minimize budget overruns 
Review contractor claims and payment certificates 
Monitor construction progress and productivity 
Resolve technical and operational issues on-site 
Ensure resources, materials, and manpower are available
