We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient
Project Manager
to oversee onsite operations and

pre-construction planning. This role serves as the critical link between clients, field crews, and internal departments. You will ensure that every project; from minor repairs to full roof replacements is executed with precision, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Leadership & Coordination
• Manage and supervise multiple onsite roofing crews simultaneously.
• Conduct detailed crew orientations based on site inspections and specific Scopes of Work (SOW).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite facility managers and maintenance personnel.
• Track daily onsite progress and verify crew labor hours accurately.
