What You'll Do

• Own the Hand-off: Lead the transition from Sales to Operations, ensuring no detail is lost in translation.
• Manage the Timeline: Develop and oversee project plans, milestones, and delivery dates for new client implementations.
• Be the Liaison: Act as the Command Center between our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
