What You’ll Do:

• Designs and maps new programs & processes essential to Commercial Operations, collaborating with other stakeholders involved in the end‑to‑end process.
• Analyzes existing programs & processes and applies process optimization disciplines, whether it's streamlining, automation, transformation, or elimination.
• Defines and creates frameworks covering macro/high‑level processes that will aid in the decision‑making around these processes.
