Project Manager
Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm
Office at City Hall, project location Island wide
Salary: $8000 to $10,700
Requirements
At least 15 years of experiences (Singapore) in Residential Condo, Factory, Office, Warehouse Project and at least one of the project as a Project Manager.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering N.E.C. (including construction engineering, construction technology & materials)
Roles & Responsibilities
Study the given project and work up a master program and site facilities planning to meet the contractual schedule.
Plan the project budget, quality plan and manpower to meet the project's budget and contract requirements.
Lead the staffs on working with client/consultants on the project work scope to achieve a satisfactory quality and workmanship.
