Overview

Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of project and site‑related matters: prepare work program, schedule and plan, manage resource allocation, implement construction activities, monitor costs.
• Monitor sub‑contractors’ performance, progress and claims.
• Attend site meetings, organise internal meetings with subcontractor to resolve technical and logistics issues.

Manpower Management

• Manpower assignment.
• Verification of subcontractor claims.
• Welfare of site personnel.
