Role purpose

To ensure that all Landmark Homes houses are built to stated quality standards, on time, at the stated profit margin and are signed off by a satisfied customer.

Client Relationship

• Build and maintain a strong client relationship through trust and regular contact by meetings, email and phone.
• Presenting and obtaining sign off on contract variations for the client.
