Responsibilities

  • Develop the project deployment strategy: scope, planning, resources, costs, risks, and governance structure.
  • Bring stakeholders together and align the cross‑functional team toward a common goal.
  • Coordinate actions as part of your project management.
  • Communicate your project's status to stakeholders and management.
  • Explain and document your project's strategies and solutions.
  • Make strategic recommendations to support the company's objectives.
  • Work in a cross‑functional team (Engineering, Methods, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Production, Quality).
  • Understand your project's technical parameters and performance indicators (e.g., cycle time, response time, capacity, etc.).
