Project Manager

**Position Title:** Project Manager

**Reporting Line:** Project Management Manager

**Position Purpose:**

Planning, monitoring and managing the delivery of HCM, Payroll and Time related projects to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes and allocated budgets. Project Managers must follow ADP’s defined project methodology and manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Ongoing responsibility, contribution to, and compliance with the ADP Project Management Methodology in liaison with the Team Manager.
+ Contribute to ongoing improvement cycle of implementation process and ensure it is aligned with global best practices; and utilises clear standards and templates.
+ Ensures the successful implementation of projects leading a team of associates, providing leadership and serving as primary, project level liaison for clients
