Responsibilities

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in the banking sector , preferably with private banking exposure and hands-on experience with CRM tools
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and delivery methodologies
• Proven experience delivering global IT projects , working with onshore and offshore teams , software vendors, and supporting multi-location deployments
