Project Manager (CRM Logic & Build-Out)

We’re reopening our Project Manager role and looking for someone who specializes in CRM logic, workflows, and automation build-outs .

This is not a traditional PM role.

We need a systems thinker who can design and build CRM logic —not just manage tasks.

You’ll be responsible for:

• CRM architecture (pipelines, workflows, automations)
• Translating business processes into scalable systems
• Managing builds from requirements → launch
• Ensuring clean, logical, real-world execution

Bonus: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or marketing automation experience.
