Project Manager cum Business Analyst

Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation, gap analysis, planning, and execution to delivery and support. Conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder analysis to translate business needs into functional specifications. Prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for development teams. Perform process reengineering and workflow analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Manage feature prioritization using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, and Kano. Lead projects following Agile/Scrum methodologies, conducting sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations. Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making and performance tracking. Create wireframes, mockups, and process diagrams to communicate ideas effectively.
