1. Key Responsibilities
On-site Construction & Schedule Management: Oversee all on-site construction coordination, planning, and schedule control, ensuring all installation activities proceed efficiently according to approved construction plans and timelines.
Material & Equipment Management: Manage all site materials, prefabricated modules, and equipment, including goods receipt inspection, storage, issuance, and inventory records to ensure their integrity and accuracy.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication: Act as the primary on-site point of contact, conducting effective communication and coordination with clients, main contractors, supervisors, and other subcontractors. Chair site meetings and resolve technical interface or construction conflicts to ensure smooth information flow and collaboration.
