Job Description
Based in Toronto or Calgary, and reporting to the Province Directors, the
Project Manager – Data Center
is responsible for the inception, development, and management of complex data center projects, including infrastructure upgrades, capacity expansions. The primary duties involve planning, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery, on‑time and within budget.
Key tasks include:
Understanding the development of data center projects in the various Provinces of Canada from the initial concept through to construction readiness
Identifying and securing suitable sites (greenfield and brownfield) or evaluating pertinence of existing energy/storage sites already secured by Neoen
Analysis of site factors and constraints such as grid connection, land availability, cooling, topography, and approvability
Understanding of the permitting, and approval processes at the various administr...
