Project Manager (Data Centre - MY)

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CSA (Civil Structure Architecture) projects for data centers. Oversee all stages of civil and structural works from design through construction and closeout. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project delivery. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve deadlines and financial targets. Review and approve design documents, drawings, and technical specifications. Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Ensure compliance with all local building codes, industry regulations, and environmental policies. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resolve technical or on-site issues. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for updates and requirement gathering.
