Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with design and construction goals. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor progress.
• Project Execution: Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. Supervise site activities to ensure work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Budget & Resource Management: Prepare project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure projects stay within budget. Source and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and resources required for project execution. Approve and track project-related expenses and changes.
