 :Parsons are looking for a talented and highly motivated Project Manager - Development Districts to join their team!
The Project Manager provides oversight to realize execution excellence in the delivery of all phases of detailed design projects under his/her direction. He/she shall be responsible for the technical excellence of the tasks and analyses performed, regulatory compliance, and for on-schedule completion of design projects within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.
What You’ll Be Doing”
Supervise the preparation, design and presentation of high-quality development design drawings and reports.
Supervise the preparation of technical design packages through to tender and monitor construction quality.
Liaise with other district Project Managers, Discipline Leads, internal and external team members including master planners, architects, urban designers, specialist designer...
