Project Manager Development

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and manage the entire project life cycle of semiconductor assembly and packaging development projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive project teams to deliver results Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Plans, manages and controls the entire project life cycle of the project & ensures successful hand-over to sustaining function. Ensures successful project execution through continuous assessment of progress and risks, managing deviations and driving project team to solve problems that may arise in the course of the project. Leads a diverse cross functional team to deliver and achieve project objectives. Negotiates with multiple stakeholders and convinces others to accept positions and trade-offs while maintaining relationships.
