Project Manager – Digital solutions

The Project Manager – Digital Solutions is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of digital solution projects—including CRM implementations, AI-driven systems, automation initiatives, and system integrations—by working closely with external customers and internal technical teams. This role serves as both Project Manager and Business Analyst, ensuring strong alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and technical delivery. The Project Manager collaborates with customers, internal stakeholders, developers, solution architects, data/AI teams, and vendors to translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive successful execution. The role ensures that all digital solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business value.
