• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that impact one or across business, technology, and enterprising to drive project success.
• Manage all aspects of Digital project and program engagement for retail mobile banking platform from planning, resources planning and budget, change management, risks and issues, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Prepare overall implementation plan taking inputs from all stakeholders including technology, business, operations, regulators, etc., and co‑coordinate execution by respective owners.
• Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
