Job Description

                    Project Lifecycle Management Oversee the planning, execution, and close‑out of major residential projects, including villas and high‑rise developments. 
Ensure milestones are met within budget and to the highest quality standards. 
Engineering Technical Coordination Review structural, architectural, and MEP drawings. 
Coordinate complex engineering methodologies, including heavy machinery setup such as tower cranes, deep excavations, and specialized foundation systems. 
Contract Cost Control Work closely with Quantity Surveying (QS) and procurement teams to manage variations. 
Verify material submittals and issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs). 
Optimize project cash flow. 
Authority Compliance Liaison Manage the submission and approval process with local Dubai authorities.
