Job Description
Responsibilities
- Designing/coordinating and managing fit out for Rivoli Group projects
- Coordinating with mall management for all approvals till completion (knowledge of mall guidelines is required)
- Coordinating with Brand principals for mono brand boutiques
- Coordinating with contractors to finalize the detailed drawings and MEP services (Knowledge of MEP services is required)
- Coordinating with the contractors /consultants
- Making LPO and ordering materials for projects
- Coordinating with separate contractors /suppliers
- Following up on payments
- Coordinating with the finance and the logistics team for on-time project delivery
- Coordinating with Operations team to address maintenance issues in shops
- Documenting and filing of ‘As Built’
- Checking the final scope /job sheet before the final payment to the contractors
