Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in master planning urban development and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dubais planning regulations authority approval processes and the ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate master plan modifications and infrastructure development initiatives.
• Assess the impact of planning changes on approved parameters including GFA population and traffic studies (TIS).
• Ensure compliance with Development Control Regulations (DCR) and plot guidelines.
• Oversee consultant submissions and ensure alignment with authority requirements.
• Manage stakeholder engagement including clients consultants and government entities.
