**Purpose & Accountability** **–** Responsible for the management & delivery of complex multi-stream projects in accordance with Project Management Methodology, including managing project scope, schedule, financials, risk, issue, resourcing, and governance.



+ **Planning & Management:** document project scope, schedule and monitor delivery; organise and lead the Governance Fora; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage and monitor the programme’s cost/budget, project cash flow/invoicing; manage and correct deviations from plans; and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
